Chris Wilson

Chris Wilson has over 12 years experience in strategic planning, business development, and account management. At Oracle Corporation, Chris was the State and Local West Regional Consulting Account Manager responsible for Oracle Application and Technology business development, service delivery, and staff management. During his successful tenure with Oracle, Chris developed and implemented strategic business plans leading to substantial revenue, profit growth, and client satisfaction. On the weekends, Chris enjoys spending time with his family; camping, riding ATVs, and hosting family barbecues.

Cynthia Guthrie

Cynthia has more than 15 years of experience in applications development, including six years as a consultant for Oracle and nine years in a Justice/Public Safety environment. Her expertise in Oracle tools includes Forms, Reports, Discoverer, Designer, and Designer generated web Forms, with extensive experience coding PL/SQL program units. She is technical lead on the migration of six client applications from a legacy Unisys/COBOL environment to a new Open System Environment of Oracle/Sun/Solaris. Cynthia is a detail-oriented programmer who enjoys the process of creating new applications, collaborating with clients, and delivering a superior product.

Ara Maria Davis

Ara works as a business analyst for LCS’s state government database redesign project. Ara assists the programming team with the analysis of business requirements, provides review, analysis and editing of deliverable documents and technical specifications and facilitates open communication with the client. She also provides administrative assistance to the CFO and CEO. Her responsibilities are designed to support the team in realizing success in technical, business and inter-personal endeavors. Ara’s undergraduate degree is in Liberal Arts, she holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a certificate in Introduction to Oracle PL/SQL.

Narendra K. Mikkilineni

Narendra is technical lead responsible for application development, conversion, documentation and implementation of the migration of six client applications from a legacy Unisys/COBOL environment to a new client Open System Environment of Oracle/Sun/Solaris. Narendra has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily developing applications using Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Jdeveloper, Forms, Reports and Oracle Designer. Prior to LCS, Narendra was a development manger for Maximus, where he managed the development of CHIP Perinatal system for state of Texas and a team developing hawk-i CHIP project for state of Iowa.

Ranga Janarthanan

Ranga has 18 years of experience in leading and delivering all phases of design, development, and implementation of Oracle solutions, both eBusiness Suite implementations and custom applications. His areas of expertise include technical solution architecture (Database, High Availability, Data Warehouse, Application Server/J2EE/ADF Framework), and Oracle Applications (Financials, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Payroll and Applications Technology). Ranga is an Oracle Certified Professional in Oracle 11g and 10g, Oracle 10g Real Application Cluster (RAC) and others. Ranga and his family, wife Selvi, son Naveen, an ambitious chess player (ranked #60 in US), and daughter Divya live in Rocklin, CA.

Abhijeet Dabke

Abhijeet is a technical manager for LCS responsible for leading the performance tuning team for a Fortune 500 Retailer account. He also advises the performance tuning efforts for their Perpetual Financial Inventory and Strategic Inventory Initiative Applications. Abhijeet has 16 years of Oracle Architecture, Development and Consulting experience in a variety of Oracle software and customer environments. His expertise includes designing and implementing large scale enterprise-wide custom projects, including Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence focused initiatives. His performance tuning experience involves large data volumes both for public sector and private sector clients.

Greg Ledford

Greg is an Oracle Certified Professional in Internet Application Development with more than 14 years of experience with the Oracle Relational Database, Oracle Application Server, Oracle development tools, such as Designer and Developer, Oracle Discoverer and Oracle Enterprise Manager. He has developed Oracle Web Server Generator Forms and web-enabled Oracle Forms and Reports using Oracle Designer. He has expertise in writing PL/SQL program units and SQL*Loader scripts as well as developing web pages using JSP, HTML, and JavaScript. Greg has developed training programs and conducted end-user training for Oracle Designer and Oracle Discoverer at multiple state agencies.

Aaron Davenport

Aaron has been working with RDBMS technologies for over 12 years, with a focus on Oracle and mySQL platforms. Aaron began his technical career at Yahoo! Inc, where he supported CRM systems and began working with Oracle. Aaron is an expert in Oracle and mySQL, both as an Architect and Administrator. Aaron held tenures at Gap Inc. and Blue Shield of California before joining LCS in May 2007 as its first employee. Aaron resides in Rocklin with his wife Kelly, and their two rambunctious boys, Shane and Carter.

Martin Ferrier

Martin has 20 years of experience in the development, operation and management of Oracle based systems, most recently for a suite of six interrelated law-enforcement applications. Martin’s talent is in creating solutions: quickly learning new business systems, understanding complex technical IT issues and finding the root cause of the system problems. He is an Oracle Certified Associate, has a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management and an undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences. Martin has worked on three different continents, on a wide range of civilian, state government and military systems.

Crescenciano “Krys” Burgos, Jr.

Krys is responsible for planning and designing new systems, anticipating and resolving problems and testing and implementing new applications. Krys has more than 28 years of hands-on information technology experience, beginning as a programmer and progressing to Senior Database Administrator. This includes more than 11 years as a Database Administrator and over 9 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in performance tuning and SQL Server development. Prior to joining LCS, Krys was a lead SQL database engineer with IBM.

Kimberly Martin

Kimberly is responsible for Dictation and Transcription software support and is a liaison between the various vendors. Kim’s areas of expertise include network analysis, design, implementation, and support. She excels in Crescendo Dictation and Transcription software environments. Prior to LCS, Kim was a site administrator for Cooper Communications group/Global Tel*Link Corporation. At Global Tel*Link, she was responsible for problem resolution via trouble tickets, coordinating technicians to align with customer needs and preparing equipment to be deployed at the sites. She resides in Sacramento, CA with her husband Brent and three daughters, and three Great Danes.
