Abhijeet has 20 years of Architecture, Development and Consulting experience in a variety of software and customer environments. His expertise includes designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-wide, custom projects, including Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence focused initiatives. His performance tuning experience involves large data volumes, for both public and private sector clients.

Ara is LCS’ Business Operations Manager, wearing many hats, including performing Human Resource responsibilities, Accounting and Administrative Assistance. Ara joined LCS in 2007, and supports the team in realizing success in technical, business, and community endeavors. Ara has also worked as a Business Analyst for LCS’ State government database redesign project. Prior to joining LCS, Ara was a teacher in Sacramento and the Bay Areas, as well as one year overseas. Ara’s undergraduate degree is in Liberal Arts, she holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a certificate in Introduction to Oracle PL/SQL.

Cynthia has more than 19 years of experience in applications development. She is technical lead on the migration of six client applications from a legacy Unisys/COBOL environment to a new Open System Environment of Oracle/Sun/Solaris. Her experience includes 6 years as a consultant for Oracle and nine years in a Justice/Public Safety environment. Her expertise in Oracle tools includes Forms, Reports, Discoverer, Designer, and Designer generated web Forms, with extensive experience coding PL/SQL program units. Cynthia is a detail-oriented programmer who enjoys the process of creating new applications, collaborating with clients, and delivering a superior product.

Michele Johnson is an Account Manager for LCS Technologies, Inc. Michele brings a wide range of experiences to her new position, specializing in managing large, complex production support teams. Prior to her engagement with LCS Technologies, Michele worked at both Oracle, Inc., and other similar, technology firms, in such roles as “Practice Director,” “Engagement Manager,” and “Solution Architect.” While working as a “Business Development Manager,” for an Oracle integration partner, Michele accumulated and earned great respect from her peers and partner organizations, by bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership roles within Public Sector organizations to apply to her Oracle support positions. Michele has been through several “full-lifecycle” implementations, as a “Project Manager”, and “Executive Sponsor;” and has significant expertise in the Human Capital Management areas. Prior to consulting, Michele spent 15 years in higher education, including working as an “ERP Applications Manager”; and has led multiple upgrades and module enhancements, in addition to participation on the original implementation.

Drisha is the Chief Marketing Officer of LCS. In this role, Drisha is responsible for all communications and marketing strategic planning and execution, marketing policies development and implementation, tool development and partnership building, and managing LCS’ external affairs and brand awareness activities. She has over 15 years of multi-award-winning Marketing and Communications professional experience, working for corporations such as Hewlett-Packard Company and Agilent Technologies, as well as other corporations, businesses, school districts, and nonprofit organizations. In fact, Drisha was selected as Sacramento’s “Public Relations Professional of the Year,” by her peers, and was twice nominated to be the “National Public Relations Professional of the Year.” She was also named Sacramento’s “Business Volunteer of the Year,” earned the national, “Presidents Community Volunteer Award” (presented by President George W. Bush and the Points of Light Foundation), and has earned multiple awards from the International Association of Business Communicators, Public Relations Society of America, and the Association of Women in Communications, among others.
Narendra K. Mikkilineni
Narendra is technical lead responsible for application development, conversion, documentation and implementation of the migration of six client applications from a legacy Unisys/COBOL environment to a new client Open System Environment of Oracle/Sun/Solaris. Narendra has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily developing applications using Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Jdeveloper, Forms, Reports and Oracle Designer. Prior to LCS, Narendra was a development manger for Maximus, where he managed the development of CHIP Perinatal system for state of Texas and a team developing hawk-i CHIP project for state of Iowa.

Jon is a seasoned sales professional with over 14 years of expertise managing business development initiatives, market share expansion and customer relationship development. Jon began his sales career at Oracle Corporation where he helped to launch a new consulting practice that expanded the market penetration of Oracle Consulting Services. Jon possesses a strong ability to quantify business value through a consultative approach that builds credibility and trust with his clients. Outside of work Jon enjoys golf, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
Martin has 20 years of experience in the development, operation and management of Oracle based systems, most recently for a suite of six interrelated law-enforcement applications. Martin’s talent is in creating solutions: quickly learning new business systems, understanding complex technical IT issues and finding the root cause of the system problems. He is an Oracle Certified Associate, has a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management and an undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences. Martin has worked on three different continents, on a wide range of civilian, state government and military systems.
Subbu is a Sr. Oracle SOA Developer/Architect responsible for the design and implementation of middleware applications/processes, including develoing technical standards and providing resolution of complex system problems. Subbu promotes collaboration with Project Managers, Application Developers, Database Team Members, QA Analysts, and Business Users in the development and initiation of new software programs and applications. He provides leadership in the installation, configuration, deployment, and administration of Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, SOA Governance, and Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite with a focus on availability, performance and scalability.
